Register & Waiver
Complete Registration
To reserve your spot, please complete the registration form and waiver, then submit your non-refundable workshop and lodging deposits. The workshop will only run if minimum enrollment is met—please wait for confirmation before purchasing airfare. Deposits are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, flight cancellations, or family emergencies. Trip cancellation and travel insurance are highly recommended.
All participants and non-participating guests must complete the registration form and waiver. Your space will be officially reserved once both forms are submitted.

Pay Deposit
Deposit Information
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place in the printmaking workshop. Your registration is not complete until the deposit has been received. The deposit ensures your spot and helps cover initial program costs.
Step 3
Lodging
Reserve Lodging
Participants are responsible for reserving their own accommodations. To book a room, please contact Hugo Anaya at info@almadelsol.com. Rooms are first come, first served, and payment is made directly to Hugo at the time of booking.
To take advantage of the current workshop rate and enjoy the convenience of staying with the group, participants are asked to reserve lodging at Alma del Sol or Hotel Color. Both offer a comfortable, authentic Guanajuato experience just steps from the studio.
Step 4
Wait for Confirmation
Don’t purchase tickets yet!
After completing registration, waiver, deposit, and arranging lodging the last step is to wait for official confirmation. The workshop requires a minimum number of participants to run.
Important: Please wait to purchase airfare until your spot is confirmed (after May 1, 2026), or sooner if your group receives early confirmation. We must have a minimum of five participants for the class to run. If you buy a ticket before being notified to do so you will be responsible for any lost costs.
Important Note
Non-Refundable Fees & Trip Insurance
Workshop fees are non-refundable. Participants will not be reimbursed for issues related to illness, flight cancellations, family emergencies, travel delays, or other personal circumstances that prevent attendance.
To help protect your investment, trip cancellation or travel insurance is highly recommended.
